If you are using our integration, which is set up to transfer tracking number back to your own system (e.g. your webshop), then you'll be able to send automated e-mails from your own system with our tracking link, by merging the tracking number with our tracking link.

GLS: https://track.shipmondo.com/gls/[replace with tracking No.]
PostNord: https://track.shipmondo.com/pdk/[replace with tracking No.]

How this should be set up in your system depends on which system you are using, and you might have to take this up with your system administrator.
